Our Mission
Our mission is
relatively straight-forward: You have been created by God with a
specific plan and purpose. “Success” in this life is about
connecting first with a sovereign and Holy God to understand His
will for your life. Then and only then can you find true success
in the workplace.
JMS strives to
break the stereo-typed molds that force people into small
classifications and groupings. Our job seekers are equipped with
tools, contacts and professional development opportunities to
help them in their quest for “lifetime career management.” With
high trust relationship building as our prominent focus, Jobs
Ministry Southwest promotes strong networking relationships with
many companies, churches, trade and professional associations,
as well as civic groups and social networks throughout the
